Refund & Cancellation Policy
LifeBloom.shop, we believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order (within 2 hrs of order). However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- LifeBloom.shop, We do not accept cancellation requests if the product is received or unpacked. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs. 400.00 from the total amount we received for your order after taxes.
- Cancellation will be reported using our Contact Us page. Use our contact us page form to inform us about the cancellation of the order (within 2 hrs of order). We will respond to you within 5 working days.
- We do not initiate any Return because we provide Refund on the orders cancelled in next 2 hrs after the order is placed, hence no return can be processed.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the LifeBloom.shop, it’ll take 7-10 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- Online payment of 100/- for courier charges in "Cash on Delivery" is not Refundable.
